Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 applies to orders shipping to US and Canada. Optional: We do not ship outside of US and Canada at time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9 flat rate shipping to US and Canada.
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders
over $70). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times
in a table.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer shipping outside of US and Canada at this time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@ohmotherland.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
